Safeguard Authentication Services 5.0.5

One Identity is excited to announce a new version of Safeguard Authentication Services is now available.

Look what's new in 5.0.5:

• Ansible support - Infrastructure Administrators can use Ansible 2.9 or later for the following functions, including generating reports.
• Authentication Services Ansible Collection - the One Identity Authentication Services Ansible Collection, referred to as ansible[1]authentication-services, consists of roles, modules, plugins, report templates, and sample playbooks to automate software deployment, configuration, Active Directory joining, profiling, and report generation for Safeguard Authentication Services.
• Group policy updates - Safeguard Authentication Services can apply additional updated policies to Unix systems, Mac OS X, and Privileged Manager Policies.
• Group Policies are now applied even if the client is in disconnected mode. 
• An issue where Microsoft Fix for CVE-2021-42287 update impacted Safeguard Authentication Services' functionality has been fixed.

Safeguard Authentication Services 4.2.x will enter into discontinued support 24-Aug-2022. Management Console for Unix (MCU) support was discontinued as of 01-Nov-2021. To determine the current support phase of your product, please refer to the Safeguard Authentication Services Life Cycle table.
