This email contains important information relating to Deprecation of LDC versions before version 2.3.18.

In an effort to enhance communication security and align with industry standards, as of September 17, 2020 our default TLS browser connection changed to TLS 1.2.
Versions before 2.3.18 of our LDAP Directory Connector (LDC) still use TLS 1.0/1.1. We will be discontinuing support for TLS 1.0/1.1 on our LDC endpoints on August 25th, 2023.
Our records indicate you still have LDAP Directory Connectors running versions lower than 2.3.18. You will need to upgrade your LDC connector to the most recent version in order to ensure that you have no service disruption.
