One Identity undertakes an annual recertification of the OneLogin Workplace Provisioning connector integration with Meta. Within the last 24 hours, we were notified by Meta of a technical issue that prevents the recertification process from completing before the 29th of September 2023 expiration date. We have a team of engineers actively working on remediating the issue. Due to the nature of the changes, full regression testing is required which extends beyond the Meta certification expiry date.
On or after the 29th of September 2023, your One Identity (OneLogin) Workplace app will need to be reenabled. Please follow these instructions to reenable it and allow the app to function while the OneLogin certification is being completed:
