| This email contains important information relating to the OneLogin Virtual LDAP service Dear OneLogin Administrator, OneLogin is updating the IP addresses for the Virtual LDAP service in both US and EU shards. The DNS entries for “ldap.us.onelogin.com” and “ldap.eu.onelogin.com” will be changed. If you are using the Fully Qualified Domain Names, “ldap.us.onelogin.com” and “ldap.eu.onelogin.com”, then the change will be seamless. We recommend consulting the LDAP client documentation on how to verify that the update is picked up by your LDAP clients, if they are configured to do so. You can find some suggestions on how to test your configuration in general here. If IP addresses are being used, the new IPs will need to be manually added to the LDAP client configuration. The DNS entries will be changed as follows on Jan 10th, 2024: US Shard - “ldap.us.onelogin.com”
EU shard - “ldap.eu.onelogin.com”
The new IP addresses are available for use right now. The old IP addresses will be accessible during this update and will be decommissioned on Feburary 15, 2024 at 11pm UTC. |
