Starling Connect Product Notification

Important: Action Required 

On March 5th, One Identity will be making an infrastructure change to our Starling Connect SuccessFactors HR Connector to improve it’s resiliency. This change will impact the IPs used by the connector. 

How does this affect me?

Customers using the SuccessFactors HR Connector will need to update their firewall rules to allow the new IPs to avoid a disruption in service. This change will need to take place before March 5th. 

Resolution

Please work with your network team to allow the IPs outlined in KB 4378428.
