Dear OneLogin Administrator, 

 

In anticipation of our main database's migration to Aurora, we will perform preparatory maintenance tasks on March 8, 2025, from 2 a.m. to 3 a.m. UTC.  

 

During this period, the following actions may fail to complete: 

  • Any administrative tasks 
  • New user creation 
  • New logins by new admin users 
  • Logins from OneLogin Desktop/OneLogin Desktop Pro 
  • Updates to user profiles such as adding or removing authentication factors or changing passwords 

 

We highly recommend that you not perform the actions above during the maintenance window, as they may generate failures or errors. A retry after the maintenance window is complete should resolve the issue.
