One Identity is excited to announce a new version of Privilege Manager for Unix is now available.
Look what's new in 7.4:
• Privilege Manager for Unix 7.4 requires a new license. Before installing the new release, obtain the new license file. To obtain a new license, refer to the License Key Upgrade page , please Refer to KB 4378405 for additional information
• Added native IPS packages for Solaris 11. The IPS packages are repackaged SVR4 packages with identical content, but can be beneficial in some scenarios where the new package format is preferred You can update old SVR4 packages seamlessly
• Safeguard for Sudo now has a build with Control-flow Enforcement Technology (CET) enabled for Linux x86_64 architecture. It supports both shadow stack and indirect branch tracking, but only available for RHEL 8 and later. To install it, use the packages from the "linux-x86_64-rh8" subfolder
• Safeguard for Sudo now supports MacOS version 15
• OpenSSL is upgraded to version 3.0.15
• sqlite is upgraded to version 3.47.1
• Sudo is upgraded to version 1.9.16 p2

Version 7.2.3 is in limited support and scheduled to be discontinued on May 5, 2025.
Version 7.3 is scheduled to go into limited support on June 17, 2025 and discontinued support on June 17, 2026.
