This email contains important information relating to the OneLogin Custom Connector Feature. Dear OneLogin Administrator, Web browsers such as Chrome and Firefox have recently made fundamental changes in their security architecture and the way in which web browser extensions are allowed to interact with them. Specifically, web browser extensions are no longer able to access remotely hosted code, which was a key part of how our Forms Based Applications worked. We have made modifications to our OneLogin Browser Extension so that our current Forms Based Applications can continue to function as expected. This new solution depends on us regularly updating our browser extension to include any changes that are necessary to maintain these existing Forms Based Applications. We have also provided administrators with the option to allow users to view the credentials for Forms Based Applications so they can copy and paste the credentials into the necessary fields when the OneLogin Browser Extension is unable to do so. This option can be enabled on a per application basis. Until we can rearchitect our Forms Based solution in a way that does not require these extension updates, we will be disabling the ability for customers to ADD Custom Connectors (Admin UI > Applications > Custom Connectors). Existing Custom Connectors will continue to function. Please contact support if you have any questions or issues and we’ll be happy to assist. Regards, The OneLogin Team |
