Dear OneLogin Administrator, Duo announced it would no longer support the Duo Traditional Prompt for most applications as of March 30, 2024. OneLogin provided customers using Duo as an authentication factor with the option to switch to the new Duo Universal Prompt on their own timeline. OneLogin will now be deprecating support for the Duo Traditional Prompt on October 31, 2025. All customers will no longer have the option to use the Duo Traditional Prompt with OneLogin after this date. According to our records you have users that are actively using Duo as an authentication factor and you have not yet enabled the Duo Universal Prompt. We urge you to communicate the change to your users and enable the Duo Universal Prompt for your OneLogin tenant before October 31, 2025.
