Currently ARS supports gMSA accounts to run the service.
However, due to limitations in Remote PowerShell, the gMSA account is unable to perform Exchange related tasks.

Resolução
WORKAROUND
Set the Active Roles service to use a gMSA account and set the Domain Connection to use a delegated account that can perform all Active Directory and Exchange related tasks.
