In a replication scenario where there are multiple Active Roles connected to its own databases, after adding the Azure tenant, it does not appear or get replicated to other instances.

Causa
This issue has been identified as a product defect and assigned the Defect ID 479883.

Resolução
WORKAROUND
Add the Azure tenant manually on the instances that are not showing as added and consented.
STATUS
This issue will be fixed in the latest version of Active Roles 8.3.
