Error: "The security policy of your computer requires you to type a password on the Windows Security dialog box. However, the remote computer you want to connect to cannot recognize credentials supplied using the Windows Security dialog box. For assistance, contact your system administrator or technical support." when attemping a PSM RDP session through the web browser. The issue does not occur when using the Safeguard application.
Causa

This issue occurs when the policy "Require trusted path for credential entry" is set on the workstation using the web browser
Resolução

WORKAROUND 1

Use the Safeguard client

WORKAROUND 2

After download the .RDP file change
prompt for credentials on client:i:1
to
prompt for credentials on client:i:0

Then double click the RDP file to connect to the PSM target
