Web Portal Error: “An error occurred while processing your request" (4322746)

In the web portal when viewing the entitlements for an Employee for any organisational roles the following error occurs:

"An error occurred while processing your request. Check the application log or contact the system administrator for this website"

The application log reports:

Error: “( WebLog uux3hv3pryfnszwtgdp5v4kf) : System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. ---> System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. ---> System.Exception: Error while loading collection EntitlementSource. ---> System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. ---> System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.“

This is a product defect (31638).
