WORKAROUND

Changing the service ComSysApp to 'Automatic' startup resolves the problem.

It is also possible to set the correct dependencies for the One Identity Manager Password Capture Agent Service. With these dependencies, Windows will start other services before starting our service, and not stop services we are depending on.

For example, using the command line utility:

sc config "One Identity Manager Password Capture Agent" depend= RpcSs/EventSystem/COMSysApp

STATUS

Defect 29088 has been logged for this issue and is marked as resolved in versions 7.0.5, 8.0.3 and later.
