How to customize the appearance of the Self-Service and Helpdesk sites. For example, you can change the company and product logos, and modify the color scheme. -

Password Manager provides a simple and convenient way to customize the appearance of the Self-Service and Helpdesk sites. The below steps make it possible to change the Large product logo, Product logo, and Company logo, or to modify the color scheme displayed.- On the home page of the Administration site, click General Settings | Web Interface Customization tab.
- Under the Large product logo (Helpdesk) option, click Upload to browse for your custom image. (Image size must be Max Height: 70 pixels by Max width 440 pixels and image type: PNG with transparency). The large product logo is used only on the login page of the Helpdesk site.
- Under the Product logo option, click Upload to browse for your custom image. (Image size must be Max Height: 48 pixels by Max width 400 pixels and image type: PNG with transparency).
- Under the Company logo option, click Upload to browse for your custom image. (Image size must be Max Height: 48 pixels by Max width 210 pixels and image type: PNG with transparency).
- Click Save.
By modifying the color scheme you can customize the appearance of the Self-Service and Helpdesk sites to fit your corporate standards.
