WORKAROUND:
The most likely cause of the issue is existing user profile does not conform with the existing Q&A Profile Settings. Check the stated profile policy settings within the PMUser site| My Questions and Answers Profile| see list of policy requirements (see screen shot)
You may need to un-hide the answers to verify if the answers indeed meet the criteria outlined in the policy. If un-hiding the answers does not display the answers, the reverse encryption option was not enabled within the PMAdmin site|Home|Management Policy|Q&A Policy|Q&A profile settings| Store answers using reversible encryption
