On the Helpdesk site the users Telephone Number field is populated with the value from their “telephoneNumber” attribute. Some organisations require the value in the "mobile" or other attribute be used instead.
There is no resolution at the moment but the following workaround may be applied.
Copy the users mobile / cell phone number to the "telephoneNumber" attribute.
For a large number of users a Powershell script may be required. Please contact "One Identity Professional Services" if assistance is needed writing such a script.
