After attempting to login to the PMHelpDesk site the following error is displayed "System error occurred. For more information, view the event log."
The following error is displayed when attempting to login on the PMHelpDesk site:

If the Domain\sAMAccountName has an X in the name (example: Domain\xtestuser) the login will fail with the above error.
The following has been logged for Password Manager as a defect, and has been given Defect ID# 277535.
WORKAROUND
Use the User-Principal-Name (example: xtest@testdomain.com) in substitution if the sAMAccountName has an X in the beginning.
STATUS
This issue has been acknowledged as a product defect and is being tracked as Defect ID# 277535. Waiting for a fix in a future release of Password Manager.
