Error: "All authentication schemes are disabled for this provider"

This error occurs when authenticating to Secure Token Server (STS) against an “External Federation” Provider that was created in Password Manager 5.13 from the Secure Token Server panel.

WORKAROUND

1. Manually navigate to the Secure Token Server’s own Admin page:
https://<your server FQDN>:20000/RSTS/Admin

NOTE: If you have changed the port that the STS is running on from the default of 20000, enter that instead.

2. Sign in using the credentials that you saved in the STS initial setup

3. Navigate to Authentication Providers

4. For each broken provider, click the Edit button

5. Without making any changes, scroll down and click Finish to save.

If you add new providers in the future, repeat the steps above for each new provider.

STATUS

This will be resolved in the next release of Password Manager.
