The ScriptLogic PA Reporting Service does not start. -
Causa
The Scriptlogic PA Reporting Service is using a Local System or a domain user account.
The service needs to use a Domain Administrator account.

Resolução
In the Windows services applet, edit the service properties.
On the Logon tab, select the second radio button to use a Domain Administrator Account.
Update the account information and password, then click Apply and OK.
Then start the service.
