Use this task to assign tags to service items and to add new tags. This task is only available if the configuration parameter QER | ITShop is set.
To assign a tag to a service item
- 
Select the Accounting | Service items category.
 - Select the service item in the result list.
 - Select the Assign tag task.
 - Double-click on the assignment form on the tag to assign to the service item.
 - Save the changes.
 
To add a tag for a service item
- 
Select the Accounting | Service items category.
 - Select the service item in the result list.
 - Select the Assign tag task.
 - Select the Create tag task.
 - Enter the tag and a description for it.
 - Save the changes. 
The new tag is shown on the assignment form.
 - Double-click on the tag to assign it to the selected service item.
 - Save the changes.
