The Oracle listener was configured to use TCPS on the databases due to a security policy. They still want to manage the DB's with TPAM. Customer running Oracle 11g.
They modified the port used to 2484 and enabled the "use SSL"option in system configuration with no success.
The system test gives the the following output:
[02/27/2013 09:54:15.334] Checking the Oracle Database Server SYSTEMNAME (SYSTEMNAME:2484)...
[02/27/2013 09:54:16.612] Error: ORA-12541: TNS:no listener (DBD ERROR: OCIServerAttach)
[02/27/2013 09:54:16.612] Unable to connect to SYSTEMNAME to perform the check. Verify the network address, port, and Functional Account settings for the system.
[02/27/2013 09:54:17] Processed the system check on SYSTEMNAME in 1.546875 seconds
DBA confirms that the listener is now using the port 2484.
