With TPAM version 2.5.909, there is a new "PSM Desktop" screen when using PSM Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) sessions. The prompt is "Please enter password:"
This occurs on PSM Accounts with a Proxy type of "RDP - Interactive Login".
This screen did not exist on previous versions of TPAM.
TPAM version 2.5.909 has enabled support for Network Level Authentication (NLA) for PSM RDP interactive sessions.
Any RDP Session of the Proxy type "RDP - Interactive Login" session will now have this "PSM Desktop" screen requiring the user to enter their password.
This is expected behavior in TPAM 2.5.909.
From the Release Notes for 2.5.909:
Can now use RDP interactive proxy type with a NLA enabled system. Now when using the "RDP Interactive" proxy type, the screen where you are prompted for the password will look different. Enhancement Request 5251.
To progress beyond this screen, enter the password for the account. Note there is no feedback of characters pressed when typing on this screen.
To remove this extra "PSM Desktop" screen, the account can be configured for a Proxy type of "RDP - Automatic Login using Password".
