You may be trying to map a CSV Attribute and an AD objectGUID with the direct mapping rule without success.
WORKAROUND
Let’s say you have a CSV file and one of its columns represents the guid. In this example, it’s named guid and we use the following format F9744E28-F079-4EEA-BE0B-5450A0140181. Now, launch QuickConnect and try the following:
1) Go to Mapping, select connection to CSV file and use the "Add Mapping rule";
2) For 1st entry (that represents CSV file) use "Generated by Powershell Script", add this script:
[guid]::Parse($srcobj["guid"]).ToString()
Note, that "guid" above references the column in the CSV file with guid information. You may need to replace name of column in the script above to suit your CSV column configuration.
3) For 2nd entry also select "Generated by Powershell Script" and add this script:
(new-object guid(,$srcObj["objectGUID"])).ToString()
