Cause
The Active Roles Add-on for Office 365 3.0 will only work with the ARS Sync Service and is not be compatible with QC Synch Engine 5.4.1 and QC for Cloud Services 3.6.1.

Resolution
WORKAROUND
Import the existing QCSE 5.4.1 configuration with the ‘Import/Export Configuration’ menu on the ARS Sync Service.
