This issue only affects the user accounts renamed in Google Apps with Google Apps domain changed from primary to secondary.
This issue was resolved in Quick Connect for Cloud Services version 3.5.
If you are using Quick Connect for Cloud Services 3.4 and you are affected by this issue, it is recommended to upgarde to version 3.5.
Otherwise, please contact Support to obtain a hotix for version 3.4.
