Description
Unable to install the hot fix to correct the Google connector issue for cloud services 3.6. The following error will be presented during the attempted install:
The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch.

WORKAROUND:
1. Remove ".rename" suffix from the hot fix file name (QuickConnectforCloudServices-3.6.0-SOL145716.exe.rename -> QuickConnectforCloudServices-3.6.0-SOL145716.exe)2. Run as Administrator following command line:
QuickConnectforCloudServices-3.6.0-SOL145716.exe /C /T:C:\Temp\QuickConnectforCloudServices-3.6.0-SOL145716It will unpack the hot fix package to C:\Temp\QuickConnectforCloudServices-3.6.0-SOL145716
In this folder you will see two files: SOLcheck.js and QuickConnectforCloudServices-3.6.0-SOL145716.msp3. Run as Administrator following command line (it's one long line):
Msiexec /p C:\Temp\QuickConnectforCloudServices-3.6.0-SOL145716\QuickConnectforCloudServices-3.6.0-SOL145716.msp /qb REINSTALL=ALL REINSTALLMODE=ecmus /l*vx C:\Temp\QuickConnectforCloudServices-3.6.0-SOL145716\QuickConnectforCloudServices-3.6.0-SOL145716.log4. Wait until progress dialog disappears and check that the hot fix is listed in "Installed Updates".
