There are two alternative LDAP servers that can be used to access RACF on z/OS (the IBM large z system op sys) , and they each come with a different set of attribute names in their schemas (There are different ldap names for the same racf fields).
The alternatives are:
1. IBM's "Tivoli Directory Server" (= a general purpose LDAP server for z/OS mainframes, free with it) with IBM RACF backend "SDBM" (= Security DataBase Manager) configured as active - this needs One Identity "Quick Connect for RACF" and has pass phrase as attribute racfPassPhrase
2. oem Rocket LDAP Bridge (costs but has couple of extra facilities) - this needs One Identity "Quick Connect for Mainframe" and has pass phrase as attribute racfPwdPhrase (and has install-time choices for RACF [from IBM] or the other 2 mainframe security alternatives of ACF2 or TSS [from Computer Associates]).
