Issues connecting to the Quick Connect service in the console following a Windows upgrade -
Description
Following a Windows operating system upgrade, the Quick Connect service will not start, and the Quick Connect Console fails to connect with the error:
"Quick Connect Service cannot be contacted: The communication object, System.ServiceModel.ChannelFactory`1[Quest.QuickConnect.ServiceModel.Internal.IQcServiceHostConfiguration], cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state."

Cause
The Windows upgrade was to an unsupported version. -
Resolution
Check the Release Notes of the Quick Connect version which is installed in your environment to confirm compatibility with the target operating system.
