When the ARS (ActiveRoles Server) connection breaks due to server outage (or network issues), the scope information becomes inactive and Quick Connect loses the configuration information. This requires the configuration information to be manually set again.

Enhancement Request TF00221680 has been submitted for Quick Connect to allow the option to choose another ARS server during an outage and to also create a copy of the configuration information should the connection be lost.
This will be considered in a future release of Quick Connect.
