After overriding a username user user-override entries merging the user does not work correctly. It merges the original name.
Merging all users with '/opt/quest/bin/vastool merge users' however results in a correct entry. The overriden value should be merged.
User tuser2 has an override entry in /etc/opt/quest/vas/user-override
[root@host ~]# cat /etc/opt/quest/vas/user-override
DOMAIN\tuser2:tuserlocal:::::
[root@host ~]# cat /etc/passwd |grep tuser
[root@host ~]#
[root@host ~]# vastool merge users
[root@host ~]#
[root@host ~]# cat /etc/passwd |grep tuser tuserlocal:VAS:1445022896:1000::/home/tuser2:/bin/sh
[root@host ~]#
[root@host ~]# vastool unmerge users
[root@host ~]# cat /etc/passwd |grep tuser
[root@host ~]#
[root@host ~]# vastool merge user tuser2
User tuser2 was successfully merged.
[root@host ~]#
[root@host ~]# cat /etc/passwd |grep tuser tuser2:VAS:1445022896:1000::/home/tuser2:/bin/sh
