No the logs are not centralized, at current these logs are on the joined Authentication Services client.
For example on Linux systems the logs are in "/var/log/messages"
This messages shows that a system is setup with autoprofile in MCU:
/var/opt/quest/home/questusr/.quest_autoprofile/./notify.sh for file /etc/opt/quest/vas/vas.conf
This message is from adding a user account to the users.allow file via MCU:
mcu_service: root: Added QAS access control entry to /etc/opt/quest/vas/users.allow: IDM\\jdoe
An enhancement request has been raised to for centralized logging to be included in a future release. The ER ID is #770324.
As of this writing, May 1st 2018 there is no ETA. Check the release notes files that comes with each Authentication Services release for the ID number. You can also check in with your account representative on the status of ER's.
