When a Unix enabled Starling 2FA user attempts to login to a Unix system, the user is not prompted to enter a token or choose an option. But instead automatically receives a Starling Push notification.
By default a user would expect to get the following prompt.

keyboard-interactive authentication is not enabled in the sshd_config file
To enable keyboard-interactive authentication on the Linux/Unix system
