Description
There are situations where Safeguard Authentication Services Control Center (QAS Control Center/SAS Control Center/Control Center) is not working optimally and troubleshooting is needed in order to restore it to its optimal working state.
Information about the status of the Control Center can be gathered by enabling debug.

Cause
Control Center operating difficulties. -
Resolution
The steps to enable Control Center debug are the following:
1. Open Control Center2. Click on "Preferences", and expand the "Logging Options" section (if the section is collapsed)3. Set log level to "Debug" and choose a location on your system to store the logs4. Reproduce the situation preventing Control Center from optimally functioning5. After reproduction and information collecting, set log level back to original setting ("Disabled" by default)
