Resolution
In QAS 4 the LDIF file is supplied and you can extend the schema by running a command similar to below from Windows.
ldifde -i -f D:\windows\ldif\qas_unix_personality_management.ldif -c DC=X DC=yourdomain,DC=com
Note, leave DC=X but replace DC=yourdomain,DC=com
