Error: "An unidentified program wants access to your computer" when removing or repairing the Que (4251511)

When removing or repairing the "Quest Vintela Authentication Services" package on Microsoft Vista or Microsoft Windows 2008 you receive the following alert "An unidentified program wants access to your computer". The publisher name is listed as "Unidentified Publisher".

This error occurs when UAC (User Account Control) is enabled and you are removing/repairing a digitally signed Microsoft Windows Installer package such as the Quest package.

Click Allow to continue.
