Compartment access check failed: User is not authorized to login to the compartment associated with this network service.

Cause
HP documentation stated that by default, compartment login is disabled in /etc/cmpt/cmpt.conf - CMPT_LOGIN=0 -
Resolution
In some instances changing it back to 0 resolved the issue. It might be worthwhile to test the opposite setting of what is currently there.
