Override files with incorrect entries are being logged every 30 seconds.
Description

Override files are checked and if there is an incorrect entry this is logged every 30 seconds. This could cause log files to fill up if the problem is not corrected.
Cause

This is expected behavior in versions of Authentication Services up to version 4.1.0.22124.
Resolution

In version 4.1.0.22124 and above this has been changed to log every 15 minutes.

* vasd: If override processing fails, as long as the files timestamps stays the
same wait longer before re-processing, up to 15 minutes.
