Cause
There is a setting in /etc/opt/quest/vas/vas.conf which has an error in it or that QAS does not recognize. QAS will ignore the setting

Resolution
Correct the setting in the /etc/opt/quest/vas/vas.conf
The error message will display the name of the setting and the section it is in the vas.conf.
