The vasd daemon is consuming 98% of available CPU.
Activity on system was causing it to process all groups on the system and if your environment has a large amount of groups, this can causing vasd to consume a lot of CPU as this processing is expensive.
There are many way to tune QAS, however one solution is to do the following changes to vas.conf:
workstation-mode = true
workstation-mode-users-preload = <domain\groupname>
workstation-mode-group-do-member = true
Then ran a vastool flush -r
