Verify that the realm was typed in correctly and that DNS is properly configured

Cause
DNS server would not allow full packet transmission.

Resolution
Authentication Services needs DNS functioning properly and was just reacting to DNS queries not providing an answer. The issue was with the DNS server. To troubleshoot, use MTR and traceroute commands to the DNS server to check the total packets are being received.RESOLUTION1:Fix the DNS server to allow complete packet transmissionsRESOLUTION 2:
Change the /etc/resolv.conf file to point to another DNS server.
