/opt/quest/bin/vastool flush error and server slow:

ERROR: Failed to send Groups Flush IPC, error=110 Clearing Negative Cache ... OK
The err 110 means that the process timed before the data was received.
CAUSE 1: The domain that contained the users had a one way trust with the domain that the machine was joined to.
CAUSE 2: Slow DNS
RESOLUTION 1:
Needed to follow the instructions in KB65747 and configure the system for one way trust.
RESOLUTION 2:
Check your DNS servers are healthy.
Contact your networking team to resolve.
