1 - Login to the console using the account with the name "supervisor". This is the built-in account to help manage preferences. When you installed the product you were asked to supply a password for this account.
2 - Go to the Preferences drop down on the top right and select Systems Settings
3 - On the left side of the screen choose User Access which is a sub category
under the Active Directory heading.
4 - Choose the "Add" button on the top right and add the users or groups as needed.
