Old domain controllers are sometimes showing up in QAS logs long after they have been removed from SRV records in DNS.

The old server names are still found in QAS's USN cache which is not being updated properly when the servers are removed.
RESOLUTION:
1 - Running the "/opt/quest/bin/vastool flush" command will remove the old DC from all caches.
