MacOS /opt/quest/bin/vastool configure pam doesn't configure /etc/pam.d/authorization -
Description
When you do /opt/quest/bin/vastool configure pam on macOS 10.10+ it doesn't configure /etc/pam.d/authorization, thus ssh works but graphic (GUI) login doesn't. -

Allow `vastool configure pam' to allow for additional PAM files

Resolution
STATUS:
Fixed in QAS 4.1.8 and up.
WORKAROUND:
Adding the below 2 lines to /etc/pam.d/authorization manually mitigates the issue:auth sufficient /opt/quest/usr/lib/pam/pam_vas3.so create_homedir try_first_passauth requisite /opt/quest/usr/lib/pam/pam_vas3.so echo_returnRESOLUTION:
Upgrade to QAS 4.1.8 or up.
