To list what is in your keytab file run 'vastool ktutil -k <path to keytab file > list'. For example, see below:
[root@jb-rhel9 ~]# vastool ktutil -k /etc/opt/quest/vas/host.keytab list
/etc/opt/quest/vas/host.keytab:
