Mapped users cannot log in.

Cause
The user file formatting is incorrect.

Resolution
Each stanza in the user file should be separated by a line as below:
username:
admin = false
SYSTEM = "QASTP"username:
admin = false
SYSTEM = QASTP
The below may cause login faliures:
username:
admin = false
SYSTEM = "QASTP"
username:
admin = false
SYSTEM = QASTP
