Description

After installing Safeguard Authentication Services (SAS) version 5.1.2 for the first time on a system the following informational message is displayed when running "/opt/quest/bin/vastool status".

INFO: 628 authselect is present but the system was not configured with it (authselect opt-out)"
Cause

The PAM configuration files were not already configured with authselect and therefore Safeguard Authentication Services did not configure them with authselect.
Resolution

Informational message only. This message can be safely ignored.
