Safeguard Authentication Services License Compatibility Version 5 and Version 6.
Version 5 of Safeguard Authentication Services introduced a new license.
All version 5.x and 6.0.x licenses are compatible. As of this writing, April 24, 2025, this includes all supported versions of 5.x and 6.0.0, 6.0.1, and 6.0.2.
All 5.x and 6.0.x licenses will work with the SAS Linux/UNIX client systems of any of the same versions.
Version 6.1 requires a new license.
