When attempting to use the "Install Software" option on the IMU "Hosts" tab you may receive the following information message. You may also receive the message when selecting the "Active Directory" tab.
"This feature is only available when logged in as an AD user with a licensed version of Quest Authentication Services 4.0 or later"
1. Check that you have a license using "Preferences" - "Licensing" from within Control center.
2. Ensure the MCU or IMU license is up to date. Log in as the supervisor account go to System Settings | Licenses | Update and enter an AD account.
3. Log out and log back into Console as an AD account and test
If you still have problems check your license file - if it contains any special characters (such as an umlaut), contact Licensing and ask for the license to be reissued.
